The main level features a large deck, vaulted ceilings, a working fireplace, and a renovated kitchen with butcher block counters and new appliances. A full bathroom is also on this level, which has just been updated. The lower level includes a laundry room, another updated full bath, and two large bedrooms. One bedroom features access to the lower deck. We have enjoyed wonderful tenants for the last seven years and are hoping for long-term tenants in the space. The cottage is available for rent March 1, 2025 The space is ideal for roommates or a couple. It is located behind our house and it is accessed by several sets of stairs, so it is not ideal for anyone with mobility issues, or small children. School-aged children would be fine, we are zoned for Montclair Elementary. We have a cat on the property, but no additional pets are allowed.
