This space is a fully equipped downstairs apartment in a single family home - one of seven houses in a small neighborhood outside Montclair Village. Guests can take advantage of shared outdoor spaces including a kitchen/grill, garden area, and a secluded deck set amidst a redwood and eucalyptus forest. On street parking is available. Deck outside kitchen provides ideal space to relax, read, meditate, grill, and prepare for exploring the diversity of San Francisco Bay Area. Comfortable, inviting, with many amenities and conveniences to make your stay SPECIAL! Please Note: Apartment is available beginning August 17, 2025. - Apartment is available for long term lease (minimum of 6 months) beginning on August 17, 2025. - No smoking permitted inside apartment. - Utilities and wifi are included in monthly rental. - Monthly/bi-monthly cleaning can be arranged for additional $90/visit and included in monthly rental. (will require ~2 hours each visit by cleaner) - Yard maintenance is included and gardener visits every other Friday. - Renters will be responsible for taking recycling/trash/yard waste out to curb for Monday morning pick up. - Renters will be asked to water/care for several indoor plants. Retirement is a reality after a fulfilling 40-year career.
