The Master suite has a 49" TV and the 2nd bedroom has a 43 smart TV that can be moved to the den if you perfer. Cable service and Wi-Fi are included. The dining area has a full dining table, seating 8. Just off the living room is an enclosed lanai with seating for 4 and 2 additional folding chairs in the master closet. There is also an inside laundry room with washer and dryer. Nearly everything here is new: the home, the furniture, the TVs, the sheets, towels, bedding, kitchen items, new patio furniture on the lanai, bikes, and work bench in the garage, etc. Included in the rental is an electric, 2-seater, Club Car golf cart and two new bicycles. Rental Policy: $750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. The Deposit, less a 100 dollar cleaning fee, is refundable within 15 days after end of lease. If the property is left as clean as when you arrived, the $100 dollar cleaning fee is waived. Full rent due 30 days prior to occupancy. If cancelled after full payment has been made and within 30 days of occupancy, only the deposit will be refunded. Dogs are welcome with the additional $200 cleaning fee.
