    Beautiful 5 bedroom home, freshly renovated, in one of northern Colorado Springs finest communities, Flying Horse. 3250 square feet on the main level and 1275 square feet on the basement level equals 4525 square feet of family living with plenty of space for everyone. New paint and flooring throughout the entire house - looks/smells brand new in every room (the pics without any furnishings were taken 01 Jan 2026). You'll enjoy great views of the front range and Pikes Peak, a large patio with built-in BBQ grill, firepit with lots of seating (both grill and firepit connected to the house's natural gas), and landscaped front and back yards (lawnmower and edger provided by owner). There's hardwood flooring from the entry to the living room, which has a gas fireplace and walk-out to the patio and backyard. The kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances (gas range with convection oven, brand new deluxe microwave, dual door fridge, steel tub dishwasher), an adjacent dining area, a huge granite countertop center island, and a large pantry with plenty of storage. The main level master bedroom has an attached bathroom with a double vanity and newly renovated oversized tiled shower and a large walk-in closet. The main level also has two additional bedrooms with a shared full bath, lots of storage space, and a separate laundry room (full sized washer/dryer are included). Downstairs, the fully finished basement has an oversized common area offering plenty of flexible living space, two additional bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. The basement level also has many additional closets and an insulated storage room which is the size of a large bedroom. Keyless front entry, 3-Car garage, keyless front entry, LED lights throughout for lower energy costs, dog-friendly back yard fencing, and ADT home security round out the features of this beautiful home in an optimum area. HOA fees, trash pickup, and spring/fall sprinkler servicing are paid by the owner. According to the recent tenants (excellent family who took amazing care of the house) combined utilities average around $300/month. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the house at any time, including the garage. CONCERNING PETS: Negotiated and approved on a case by case basis. Typically, I'd like no more than one cat or one dog under 40lbs. If your cat is close to 40lbs, that might not be a housecat that you have! Additional pet fees are required in addition to rent. The home is unfurnished, except for tall kitchen island chairs, patio lighting, washer and dryer, and mower/edger; furnished pictures of previous tenants shown for decorating concepts only. You can always count on me to be a responsive and reliable landlord, and I need to trust you with the good care of my property. I live about 15 minutes from the home, so can respond swiftly in person if needed, but will never visit unannounced. IMPORTANT: a complete background check including credit check, proof of income, eviction history, criminal history, and references will be required prior to lease signing, and only applicants with clear, confirmed histories and evident ability to afford rent will be accepted. HOA fees, trash pickup, and spring/fall sprinkler servicing are paid by the owner. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the house at any time, including the garage. 1 pet is welcome, and pet fees are in addition to rent. Credit/background/tenant history/income check required - costs for background checks will be refunded to the tenant upon signed lease.
