This room is located on the 2nd story of the home all by its self. There is a full bath in the bedroom and a sliding glass door to a deck that over looks the back and side yard. Kitchen is fully stocked, so no need for cooking supplies. Nice large living room great for relaxing and hanging out. A little about us, there are currently 3 of us in the home, we aren't clean freaks but we do try to keep the house presentable. None of us drink, or party and The house is usually quiet after 10pm and everyone is pretty quiet when getting up for work too.We are looking for someone that will be respectful of all belongings currently in the the home and will clean up after themselves. There are 2 adult cats that live in the house and their litter box is in a room in the garage so it never smells in the home. all utilities included (wifi, water/sewer, trash, and electric) Smoking OK outside - No pets (no exceptions) - No couples
