The exterior of the home has been restored to it's original 'Salmon' brick, pointed with great attention to detail and a new landing using original brick from the building has been installed. The washer/dryer is on the second floor for convenience and is accessed from the hallway. The staircase is a floating steel system with hardwood treads, since it floats, it allows for light penetration from the French doors on the third floor. The railing system for the staircases is a cable system custom designed for the home and installed before Baltimore City revised the code. Each of the bedrooms has substantial closets, two of which are walk-in. This home is walking distance to a dozen bars and restaurants, so a resident doesn't need to endure the challenges of parking such as with a home that is closer to Canton Square (bar & restaurant traffic/parking). The home's interior layout was designed by an architect and has a functional layout that is married to interesting architectural details. The cost for renting the home is $3,333 / month plus utilities (gas & electric are placed in tenant name, water is invoice monthly by the property manager to the tenant via ACH). If you have pets or animals, the rent for creatures is $50/first animal, $40/second animal, $30/third animal. Gross income required is 3x (or more) per month. Minimum credit score of 675 per person is required. A credit and reference check will be performed when an application is submitted. If applicants have a newly compiled credit report (with name and credit score) in the last 90 days, it can be submitted as part of the application. The home shall be available on July 1, 2026. A personal tour of the property is available upon request, at least day-before notice to existing tenants is required for showings. A Zillow application may be filled out online but processing the application (review & analysis, reference contact, etc.) will require a $33 per person fee which can be transferred via Zelle or similar). Renter pays all utilities, looking for a minimum one-year lease and upon review, happy to renew for subsequent years.
