Tenant pays all other utilities. $2750 1st, last month's rent + $1000 deposit. Pet deposit will be determined on a case-by-case basis, we are flexible, and will not be charging "pet rent" since we think that is a ridiculous charge that corporate buildings impose on pet owners.
