Eat healthy vegetables and enjoy pretty flowers that you can grow in the massive 2000 square foot garden. Humboldt tends to be much quieter than the streets that are closer to the University. Walk to Safeway grocery and coffee/restaurants along Evans. No hourly parking restrictions on the street parking compared to the nearby streets. This is the owner's personal home, and the home can be provided as furnished (mid-century modern) or non-furnished. Owner will be gone for three years. Month-to-month rental, but Owner may consider annual lease. Strong credit scores and references preferred. Renter responsible for electric/gas, water, and storm water. Owner pays for high-speed Internet and trash. Upkeep of the garden is entirely at your discretion if you want to grow veggies. Plenty of street parking. No smoking inside the home.
