Washer/dryer in unit. This is a middle unit that has a huge skylight. I have become friends with both neighbors. *Pets welcome, no smoking/vaping indoors, renter pays internet/cable, xcel, water, sewer. About $150/mo depending on usage (I don't have cable but internet is strong enough for streaming and working from home). Photos of the place furnished are available. Unfurnished. Utilities not included. No smoking/vaping inside. No cultivation of marijuana. Weekly trash, biweekly recycling included. First & last rent due upon rental.
