Washer/dryer in unit. This is a middle unit that has a huge skylight. I have become friends with both neighbors. *Pets welcome, no smoking/vaping indoors, renter pays internet/cable, xcel, water, sewer. About $150/mo depending on usage (I don't have cable but internet is strong enough for streaming and working from home). Photos of the place furnished are available. Unfurnished.
