In the event of early termination or default by Tenant, the entire remaining balance of rent for the unexpired Lease Term shall, at Landlord's option, become immediately due and payable. Tenant shall remain liable for all rent until the Property is re-rented, or until the original Lease Term expires, whichever comes first.
