The unique massive brick and very well built masterpiece house can't be compared with other houses. It was designed in 1979 by the well-known minimalist architect JON ANDRE CONDORET 1934-2010 (see wikipedia) At the end of 2019 we bought the house from the person who had it built in 1979. Despite the fact that the house has always been very well maintained, we immediately started the total remodeling with respect for the beautiful original design of the architect. New roof (bronze color steel), teak wood under overlapping of the roof and siding on sunroom (TV room), painting the brick and all the wood outside. Inside we also remodeled everything, like a new modern kitchen with granite counter tops, new masive Italian design doors, bathrooms, electricity, plumbery, painting , etc,..... ready to move in! Unfortunately, because of the covid we had to stop remodeling around May 2020 and start up again a couple of months ago. We hope to finish around October 1, so we can show soon. The house is first and foremost characterized by its unique location. Close to everything but with unparalleled privacy in its own mature hardwood natural forest of approximately 10 acres.
