Inside, you'll see the open-concept main floor with the living room on your right featuring a large Roku TV, sleeper sofa, and additional seating. Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table with two bench seats. The bright and cheery sunroom is at the back of the house. The second living space has two more queen sofa beds. There are two bedrooms downstairs; one with a king bed and another with two queen beds, along with a shared bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a reading nook in the hallway and three bedrooms. The first bedroom upstairs has a king bed, the second has two queens, and the last bedroom has a full bed. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub upstairs. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located in the Hopkins area of Columbia, South Carolina, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay.
