Rent is $1000 plus electric. Coin-operated laundry is available. One parking spot can be reserved in the lot for $20/month extra. Free street parking is also available in the neighborhood. AC unit can be installed upon request. Cats are allowed with no additional fees. Dogs are not permitted on the property.
