Syn Tacqeria Pizzeria restaurant is right on the corner of the block with great beer selections and food, community garden at the other end with a basketball court and small playground. This location is superb, Target, Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Aldi, Giant Eagle all super nearby, quiet street, within walking distance of all the amazing restaurants on highland avenue. Very close to bus routes, Pitt and Carnegie Melon pick up spots, walking distance to Whole Foods, liquor store and UPMC Shadyside Hospital! Bakery Square is nearby with LA Fitness. Landlord has been very nice and reasonable, always able to be reached, we have never had any issues with the other tenants or with the landlord. Since we will be moving across the state, we are completely open to leaving the curtains or selling furniture!
