This is one of my favorite condo associations! They offer SO much to their residents! Association dues are $265 per month and it covers a lot: Replacement and fixing of furnace, AC and water heater, snow removal, lawn/yard care, sewer, trash and water. Pets are allowed, plenty of parking spaces, use of pool and outdoor areas. There is a Party Room for residents to use and are able to rent for just $25.00 per day. There is also a guest house for friends and family that would come into town that can be rented for $35 per night. This unit has 2 bedrooms 2 baths. Brand new fence in private back deck area.
