We expect tenants to pay their rent on time, without delays, excuses or drama... Tenants pay their own utilities (gas, electric, water, internet) 2. NO PERSONAL DRAMA.. We know there is a lot of drama in some people's lives & the world itself, but WE didn't create it.. So please don't expect us to solve it ... 3. NO ANIMALS !! Please be aware that we don't accept dogs, cats, snakes, iguanas, alligators, birds, fish or any other live animals into the house (Exception when legally blind or required by law. If that's the case you need to disclose that at the time of application/visit.) 4. NO SMOKING !! No smoking inside the house either (No cigars, cigarettes, pipe, Hookah, joints, marijuana, etc. etc). If you smoke, you need to smoke outside on the front or back porch.. (Smoking inside the house is not healthy anyways for the people who live with the smoker, especially children). There is Central Heating system and Central AC.... Smokey air circulates everywhere.... 5. TREAT THIS HOUSE LIKE ITS YOUR OWN I am planning to retire in the future and my main concern at this point is to maintain the property in its current condition, or even improve it. At that time, I am planning to sell this house on LAND CONTRACT, very possible to the existing tenants that are occupying it at that time. If that sounds like your long term goal, even better...
