The apartment is 1190 square feet. The living room and dining room are furnished, but we can probably make some room for whatever you bring. The kitchen is big and has a lot of storage and counter space. We both like to cook and would welcome someone who also enjoys spending time in the kitchen. About us: We are both working professionals in our mid-20s. We like going out with friends on Friday nights and are pretty quiet during the week. We prefer to keep things clean and organized and would like to live with someone who feels similarly. We are respectful of space and we keep the common areas neat. Female preferred.
