Two options for rent: *Option 1-$1400 per month with all utilities included: rent ($770/month) heat & electric ($250/month), water (approximately $25/month), garbage& recycling ($25/month), wifi ($80/month), and snow removal ($250/month). OR *Option 2-$1150 per month with all utilities included: rent (770$/month), heat & electric ($250/month), water (approximately $25/month), garbage& recycling ($25/month), and wifi ($80/month). Snow removal is not included because rent is discounted. Subletting guest will provide their own snow removal as they need. Details: This is a private home in the Helen Hill neighborhood of Saranac Lake. It's on the National Register of Historical Places. - a large kitchenette: full-size fridge & freezer, counters, 2-burner stove, sink, large windows, cookware (pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, etc), microwave, air fryer, electric tea kettle, coffee maker. *no oven. a large air fryer/convection oven/toaster oven is included. - a bedroom: small, full-size bed, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, with many (new) windows, lots of light, flatscreen tv (cable not included but access to netflix account is) - a bathroom: toilet, sink, and shower -a spacious living room with hardwood floors (no pets) and a twin-size daybed. - a shared front porch & side porch area: space for ski/snowboard/sporting gear, and for sitting when it's warm Move-in date: Dec.24 or Jan.1 Move out date: April 15, May 1st, May 15th or May 24th (subletting guest can decide) Pets: no Parking: 1 space only # of People: 1 adult preferred, or 2 if it's a very good fit (like 2 college students and only 1 car) Private 1 bedroom apartment guest stay for winter & early spring.
