Independent access to the basement and parking is available. We are a family of 5 and are bit private. We do have a pet dog who is very friendly. One year lease is preferred. Laundry is available on premises and access to it will be discussed on demand. Front and back yard is common area and welcomed for use. We are a part of a very family oriented neighborhood and kids are always out playing and safe. Absolutely no smoking or vaping on the entire premises. No parties. Back ground checks required for all adult residents and all guests should be announced at least 48 hours in advance with some exceptions. Guests staying for more than 2 days should be declared in advance in writing and such guests might be subject to background checks.
