There are two rooms currently available with single occupancy per room. Price is per room. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms shared with one other future tenant. One room has direct patio access. Spacious modern kitchen and living room with lots of seating areas. Gas heating and A/C to keep your room at the right temperature all year round, and a delightful shared courtyard space, for summer get togethers! Definitely not a party house yet open to hosting small gatherings. Significant others are welcome occasionally, but should not be turning this home into their primary residence out of respect for other roommates. Single occupant per room. 12 month lease, which will transition to month-to-month after initial six months. $40 application fee for background check. $100 flat rate for monthly utilities and internet. Cleaning maids come by every two weeks for common areas and clean your room as well. Cost will be split between tenants usually $50 per person.
