June 2018 - I've completed all the renovations recently with installing new windows throughout. I also installed siding and changed the color of the house to match the shingle roof as well as the grey brick the home was originally built with. Finally, I replaced the older smaller gutters to new ines, the extra large gutters. With the upgrades I've just cimpleted, the home looks wonderful. Everything is color coordinated all over the house. When i completed the 2013 renovation, that was mainly the interior. I have had the same tenants since January 2014, the only ones since the 2013 renovation. They are a wonderful family who has taken exception care if my property for nearly 5 years now. Now that I've completed the renovations I've wanted to do since I purchased the property, I am seriously considering placing it on the market for sale, it is a difficult decision for me however.
