We are also a short walk to LoDo which makes commuting into work a breeze. Tenant pays for WiFi (Centurylink setup by default in apartment with modem) and electricity for unit directly. All other utility bills (water, garbage etc.) are handled by the apartment and tenants are billed in the tenant portal on a monthly basis.
