    What's special

—— AGENTS WILL RECEIVE A COMMISSION! —— It doesn't get any better than this! Incredible location like you wouldn't believe!! Our place looks like a mountain resort situated far up in a secluded National Park... and yet it is in the middle of everything important! The house has a 'resort' appearance and sits on highly wooded and hilly splendor which makes it extremely private and in a world of it's own, and yet amazingly is close to the heart of downtown Knoxville; the airport is a short drive down the road; a major hospital is a couple miles away; the University is quite close; the river is just a mile down the road; and all parts of Knoxville, whether east, west, north, and south are easy to get to in a short amount of time. Yet another positive is that even though this property is so incredibly close to downtown and many other relevant places, it is not located in the city so no high city property taxes are required, only county taxes. —————- NEWEST HOUSE REVISIONS NOT SHOWN IN ALL PHOTOS… The house was originally a standard two-story structure but a couple years ago we made it into two separate living quarters if a person wants to use it that way. We turned the railings on the inside open stairwell into a full enclosed wall and changed the library at the top of the stairs into a kitchen. Additionally, the master bedroom upstairs is now used as a living room though it could easily be bedroom if desired. An outside stairs also goes to the second floor and enters into the enclosed patio. (Note: All pictures that say ‘orig’ are how the upstairs appeared before revision. Revised upstairs rooms are marked ‘new’.) —————- HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE Since my wife became highly disabled, a wheelchair ramp was added as well as a new handicapped-equipped shower and other relevant handicap rails downstairs. ——————- NOTE: The ‘lot size’ shown is in the process of increasing. VIDEO! Great video can be viewed on Youtube: https://youtu.be/OUGiKSiBU9M?si=UVBn8dX-Nnr6zLoi —— This detailed video is compiled of photos taken over several years time and affectionately shows all four seasons, which is quite obvious in the outdoor images. It also mentions a couple of the interior rooms but does not mention every room or area shown. Whoops! The video does NOT show the huge family room; the laundry room; the shed; or much of the large yard/lot. —— ——————- If you are seriously interested please feel free to make a reasonable offer. Contact me by email or by phone text, not by phone. Due to so many scammers I normally do not answer unrecognized phone numbers and will probably ignore your call. NOTE: I am receiving so many inquisitive phone calls that I WILL NOT continue to answer the majority of them, but I will most probably return a text message after you text me with full information on who you are and what your interest is. I apologize but that is the only way I can handle this in a semi-professional manner. Thanks!"
