Laundry room has microwave and space for a small kitchenette if you wanted one. Direct access to large fenced in yard. New LifeProof LVT flooring and new bathroom tiling have both been redone in the last couple years. Perfect for a single who works from home, as you have 2 rooms and your own large private living space. Open to renting to a couple or to two friends but strong preference is towards one person and price will increase with 2 people. Would prefer a roommate(s) in their mid 20s or their 30s to best align with lifestyle of the home. About the House: It's a 1,900sq ft, 5b/2b house. I own the home and live upstairs with my boyfriend, dog and cat. The downstairs is the rentable space. The house has a large fenced in yard, central AC, a detached garage that you can use for storage, and plenty of street parking within view of the Ring camera. The upstairs where we live is a 3b/1b space with living and kitchen, so I only would come downstairs for laundry. Kitchen and living space upstairs are shared and yours to use as well. Flat utilities cost covers recycling, compost, high speed internet, electric, water & gas, as well as regular maintenance to the home like pest control, landscaping, etc. Extra garage fridge and chest freezer. With full transparency, my boyfriend and I occupy the kitchen quite a bit as we both love to cook. It's of course available for renter use but will ask that it's kept clean and that time in there is respected. We ask that you use the downstairs laundry room (your kitchenette area) for non-perishable food storage and kitchen appliances but of course have access to the upstairs and outside fridge. About me: 33yr old female, I work from home for my "normal" job and coach at a gym 2 days a week after work as my fun job. I have friends and family here that I try to spend as much time with as possible and love being outside, hiking, swimming, taking the dog out, hitting up breweries, going to sporting events, doing all the normal Colorado things. I love to cook as well, and have a pretty stocked kitchen as far as appliances go! I love to host and am always down to have dinners, friends over, etc. I am very clean, respectful, and organized and am looking for someone who is as well. I have an 80lb, 5yr old female dog named Roux who I obviously am obsessed with and a 7yr old cat named Indie who has a huge personality. They're both very social and they do stay upstairs in my space. I often dog sit for friends so there are other dogs in and out frequently. $1,000 rent + $125 flat monthly utilities (includes water, electric, wifi, trash, landscaping, etc) -Absolutely no cigarettes, inside or out -No vaping or smoking of any kind inside the home -1 dog allowed w/ additional non-refundable $200 security deposit. Dog MUST be house trained, well behaved (non-barking), and friendly with other dogs, cats, and people as there are often other dogs and/or people here -Lease length flexible with a minimum of 6 months -Must be clean, considerate and respectful -Short term visitors OK
