This district is intended for multi-family structures containing six or more dwelling units. The existing single-family home can no longer be used as such because it has lost its legal non-conforming use (grandfathered) status. Scott County would not allow the existing private access to remain for a more intensive land use (multi-family/commercial). There is an alternative access now with the City's recent purchase of property. shown in red in supplements. Access would need to be provided through the northerly extension of Webster Street. Webster Street would need to be constructed to the north of Co Rd 2, as a local city street, which would then provide access to area properties.
