House is offered with one old stove, we are happy to upgrade the stove and put in a new Fridge for $50 more/month. Tenant pays all utilities (Water/Gas/Electric) OUr rental requirements are (combination of the elements below): -- Total Income of all tenants must be 3x Rent ($4,500 or more) -- Creditscore above 550 (average of all tenants, additional fee if credit is below 650) -- No previous eviction, No criminal history (within reason, we don't care about traffic tickets or stuff that's very old or if required by law) -- Must provide references from employer and previous landlord. Section8 is possible. We also work with Rapid-ReHousing and different organisations (not all) We are a fully digital company, so tenant / applicant must submit and communicate with us online with our app, but we are very responsive and very professional. Tenant pays for Water/Gas/Electric Tenant can bring his own fridge or we offer to upgrade the appliances (oven/hood/fridge) for a small fee. Landlord can provide all appliances (Washer/Dryer/Microwave/Insinkerator/Fridge/etc.) for a fee. Pets cost extra (fee depends on size of the animal).
