Cedar wall added to south end of LR. Non- migratory Sandhill cranes often in yard, & turtles & deer. Sunsets are always beautiful & neighbors are wonderful. About 50% of residents are snowbirds so summers are very quiet at this 55+ community. Lot rent is $608 this year & there is no HOA fee for the many activities available which are voluntary & you can take advantage or not. The pool & spa are solar heated and the many dinners put on are reasonably priced. Sewer/water are city and Electric is a co-op. The Salt Spring is across Hwy 19 with great swimming & boating available to Lake George & the St. Johns River. RV storage in the community is $50/year & other prices for trailers & boats. Fishing is very good anywhere in the area. This Salt Springs Village is safe, quiet, & clean and grass cutting is provided. Updates & maintenance has been done over the 8+ years I have owned this home. I am sorry to have to leave but the family has needs & as a nurse I feel bound to go help for as long as necessary.
