Woman guest preferred Our home is located in the Aliento gated private community with hiking trails, a 5-star homeowners pool, a gym and a barbecue. The room is decorated room with new bedding and towels and a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The guest suite is on the lower floor with its own bathroom. Other bedrooms are upstairs. A sitting room is included with the guest suite. The homeowner ( woman) lives at the house and is off work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On those two days, her grandchildren stay the night and sometimes on Saturday night. There is a washer and drier the guest can use.The house is beautiful. We would prefer a long term tenant, will do a month at a time. We are close to the hospitals, shopping, restaurants, freeways. 35 mins no traffic to Hollywood. 15 mins to Valencia shopping. Horseback riding and bowls in area Clean your own room. Guests may visit and go to the pool. No smoking No pets
