I've already received several messages on the first listing and I don't want to take it down yet. This unit is in the TRI -TAYLOR area. The website will not let me change the zip code on the first listing, hence why I listed it twice. It's a nice apartment. Tenants usually stay a long time. Shortest stay for tenants I had was about 3 years, Longest stay for tenants stayed for 10 years. Hardwood floors throughout, high ceiling, very spacious, nice size bedrooms, close to UIC, Rush Hospital, and downtown, great view, washer and dryer in the unit, all stainless steel appliances, fire place. Close to Blue line Western Ave station and on 290 expressway Western Avenue exit/entrance.
