There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. One bedroom will remain a guest room for both my future roommate and me to have guests! The backyard has a brick patio, bistro lights, a garden, and comfy seating. Home is fully furnished, kitchen has all of the tools. We will share the normal roommate things: toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, etc. I am one block away from the heart of Five Points and an 8-10 min walk from RiNo bars/restaurants. Walkable to a Safeway, 10 minute drive from Trader Joes/Sprouts. Minimum 3 month lease, $1000 security deposit, rent due on the 1st of every month (3-day grace period), no pets, no smoking, if you break it you buy it policy, all service to home needed that is due to the nature of an old house, etc is at the cost of the landlord.
