The exterior of the home was repainted 2 years ago and a new furnace w/AC was installed last year. It has all hardwood floors, new blinds and a garage. The previous tenant had lived there a long time and is still in the process of removing his gardening, grills and one trailer so I had to take photos with some of items still there. It's very accessible to 1-70, downtown and it's close to the front range with many hiking trails. All utilities and trash service are the tenants responsibility. I pay the sewer and stormwater fees. No smoking is allowed inside the home. I do a one year lease.
