Positives includes: --large storage space in the basement --working fireplace --constant natural light from multiple large windows in all rooms --dedicated parking space behind the building (for a compact car only) --small balcony --separate dining room --walk in closet in the bedroom --close to Grant park (public track and tennis courts), Irving park, and restaurants on Broadway Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
