Freshly painted home with laminate flooring. This home has a large kitchen and the rooms are a very nice size. Home is very clean comes with refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. This home is at the end of a one lane street and shares the property with 7 other homes. This home is at the back of the property and has a good size yard around it. Everyone on the property has had a background check. From what I hear from the neighbors the area is safe. The property has never flooded. The home has a metal roof and a nice size front porch. There are washer and dryer hook ups but you would have to supply them yourself. Water and trash is included with rent. I'm not looking for perfect credit and can usually work with low scores. Deal breakers are evictions and non payment of bills with in the last 6 months. I can still work with this situation but the deposit will be a little more. There is a $40 credit/background fee for each adult (I only charge the fee if you qualify as the renter) . $100 non refundable pet fee for each pet. Only small pets allowed. No pit bulls or chows.
