Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
