The estate where this cottage is located, is for sale. That is the reason why we are only offering 30 day leases. If the property sells we will require a 30 day vacate notice unless the new owner wishes to continue the rental. Utilities are included. We allow tenants to hike on our farm which enables access to all trails on House Mountain. The yard is maintained by the lessor and snow removal the same.
