The lot is 5000sq ft, standard sized for the neighborhood, level and rectangular, about half a block from a brand new elementary school and a few blocks from a big park area. I think it is probably worth between 200-250k. Most of the houses there are older, but there are some newer 5br/3bth houses down the block on Exeter valued in the mid-750's. The Sunset neighborhood in West Linn is a sort of a undiscovered little gem of a neighborhood up on the hill. Great schools and easy access to I-205 or Hwy 43.
