Shared kitchen with plenty of space to have each there own section. backyard with a fireplace area to hangout around on warm days, and community has heated pool that opens up during summer. looking for short term lease to begin with if everything works out we can do long term lease or month to month. No smoking of any kind allowed current tenants have no problem so we hope you would respect that. utilities are about $80 that includes high speed Internet, water, gas , and electricity. no pets allowed. deposits and first month due at signing.
