A a gas grill and picnic table in the upper yard as well as down at the water level with a fire pit, chairs, and canoe with paddles/life vests await for your enjoyment. There is great fishing opportunity here since the Naugatuck River is stocked twice a year with salmon. Yard maintenance is included.
