After calling this house home for the past decade, we've recently moved out and are excited to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have. This isn't a property that was simply purchased and turned into a rental. It was our home, and we've cared for it that way. Over the years, we've stayed on top of maintenance, made improvements as needed, and taken pride in keeping everything exceptionally clean and well cared for. We're the kind of people who believe a home should be maintained properly, not just patched up between tenants. The home has been professionally cleaned from top to bottom, with floors so spotless you could practically eat off them and walls that have been meticulously maintained with virtually no visible blemishes. The home also has a few thoughtful features we've added over the years to make everyday living a little more comfortable and convenient. We added a privacy door leading to the basement, allowing the lower level to function beautifully as a private 4th bedroom, guest room, home office, or additional living space. It's especially nice when you have family or friends visiting and want to give them their own area of the house. For added convenience, the home has two laundry machines, which makes keeping up with laundry much easier for a busy household. The garage has also been set up as a fun bonus space. If you're not using it to store vehicles, it's a great place to enjoy family movie nights, hang out with friends, or create a casual entertainment area. Of course, it can still be used as a traditional garage whenever needed. One of the things we've loved most about living here is the neighborhood. It's quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with sidewalks and plenty of neighbors out walking, exercising, or spending time with their kids. The community itself has a lot to offer, including a neighborhood swimming pool, tennis courts, parks, playgrounds, walking paths, and plenty of green space. During the warmer months, the pool is a great place to spend an afternoon, and having parks and recreational amenities right within the neighborhood was something our family really appreciated over the years. The location has also been incredibly convenient. You're close to everyday shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and entertainment, with easy access to the major roads connecting Chantilly, South Riding, Centreville, Fairfax, Reston, and the rest of Northern Virginia. Dulles Airport is also just a short drive away. Inside, you'll find a bright, comfortable home with plenty of space to spread out. We've always tried to keep the house feeling warm and inviting rather than treating it like an investment property, and we're hoping to find tenants who will appreciate and care for it in the same way. And because everyone's situation is different, we're flexible: the home can be rented furnished or unfurnished. If you're relocating or simply don't want the hassle of furnishing an entire house, much of what you need can already be here. If you'd rather bring your own furniture and make the space completely your own, that's perfectly fine too. If you're looking for a clean, well-maintained and thoughtfully cared-for home in a peaceful, amenity-filled Northern Virginia community and would rather rent from owners who genuinely care about the property we'd love for you to come take a look. Owner pays for trash/recycling. Tenant pays for all other utilities and internet. No smoking permitted.
