This is a great living situation in a large home (3,600 sq ft) in a safe quiet neighborhood. I have two rooms from rent both with new beds, new carpeting and plenty of space to call your own! One is available immediately and it has a large closet new full size bed and a dresser for $500.00 a month and the other is available on December 1st which is the entire lower level of my home as it comes with a new queen sized bed, dresser, a large closet and it's own living area for $595.00 a month. Owner pays all utilities which include gas, electrical, cable, cable box and Wi-Fi. I am not necessarily looking for families or couples as I am trying to keep this home a quiet environment for all that live here. We can talk about this when you view my home along with any other questions you might have. Due upon moving in would be 1st month rent, last month rent and a damage deposit which are noted on an agreement that will be prepared for both of our protections. There is absolutely no smoking in my home, and there is off street parking available. This is a month to month agreement which means you can terminate the agreement by giving the owner a full month notice and the owner will by giving you a 30 day notice if it isn't working out for me as well. There is no long term lease which is desirable by most renters that have stayed here.
