If you have up to a 29' boat (32 1/2 ft total length including engine or swim platform) that you don't want barnacles or marine life becoming attached to, we are offering a 2nd row Dry Stack just off the Intracoastal Waterway to keep your investment out of the water and weather. Anyone can own a Dry Stack at the St James Marina too, you don't have to be a resident. A number of Dry Stack owners live on Oak Island and in the surrounding communities, but enjoy the convenience of keeping their boats clean, dry, and out of the elements. One hour notice is all that is required to have your boat put in the water for a day of fun, or on a work rack if you need to do maintenance. After you're done fishing and playing in the sun, the staff will flush the engine(s), wash the hull from the rub rail down, insure the batteries are turned off, and safely put it to rest until your next adventure in this AMAZING coastal paradise! There is fuel, ice, water, a pump out station, an on-call mechanic, showers and laundry facilities, 30 & 50 Amp electric, on-site accommodations, a restaurant, a ship's store, and complimentary wi-fi available at the Marina too, so most everything you would probably need is there for your convenience. If you don't have one or are between boats at the moment, you can rent your space out or let the Marina handle it for you.
