I have a very nice, bright bedroom (13' x 10') with its own bathroom and shower in it in a great 3 BR, 3.5 bath, tri-level townehome in a beautiful gated community in Mission Valley (very centrally located) with a lot of great amenities ( an Olympic Sized pool, jacuzzi, State of the art Gym, tennis courts, pickle ball/ basketball court, walking trails and two grass dog parks etc ) . I am asking $1700(all utilities included- wifi, gas/ electric, water and trash). There is a very nice big granite kitchen with a large island, pantry and a 6 chair dining table, laundry room, and a guest 1/2 bathroom. The living room has two reclining leather couches, very large windows, a fireplace, a balcony and a 65" TV. I have a sweet 11yr old Labrador, Rico. There is also a great big beautiful park across the street, behind Snapdragon Stadium( a walk or jog away/ and you won't need to park there and pay for parking for San Diego State games, Soccer Games/Concerts or Events there:). one BR on the bottom floor and I have another. We are both women and we all have our own bathrooms in our room. We are easy to get along with, friendly, open minded, inclusive , caring, fun, and keep the house tidy:). I also recently furnished it with a brand new/ never slept-in modern queen sized memory foam platform bed (that easily flips up for underneath storage ), a white dresser and an aqua colored couch- there is also a ceiling fan in the room.
