You will enjoy stunning views of the mountains from the upstairs porch and living room. As well as from our lovely fenced in backyard with garden space, sandbox and play space for kids. 3 bedrooms and one office (which can easily be a 4th bedroom) 3 bathrooms (2 full, one half) and two 'living room/sitting spaces' We are open to renting it unfurnished as well. Best, 1 year lease. Renter is responsible for Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Trash and Internet). Last months rent to be paid at the signing of the lease. Renter is responsible snow removal from driveway and sidewalk. Renter is responsible for mowing the lawn, keeping the side walk trimmed.
