We are walking distance to restaurants and bars on South Broadway, Washington Park, and only a quick Uber away from Downtown. This spot is absolutely an unbeatable location. One thing to note about this property is that it is street parking only. The street immediately in front of the house (S Sherman St.) Once a lease is established, you will be able to get a parking permit from the city of Denver. Finding spots can be difficult on Friday or Saturday nights when bars and restaurants are operating in full swing. No smoking allowed. Renter is responsible for electric costs.
