    Northside Village is an upscale new townhome community located in Carlisle, just minutes from shopping, bars, restaurants, Dickinson College and Carlisle Barracks. (U.S. Army War College). 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse is just year old. The main level includes the kitchen, living room, and half-bath. The open kitchen includes an a center island, plenty of counter space, large cabinets, and a pantry. The upper level features a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and master bath, two other nice-sized bedrooms with walk-in closets, a second full bath, and laundry. Also included is a 1 car garage, washer, dryer, refrigerator, dishwasher, ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms. The Sewer bill is a quarterly pass-through bill that the owner will share, and the Tenant now agrees to add such Sewer charges to its rent in the month immediately following receipt of such Sewer charges. In the event of any damage caused by the tenant, a fee of 300 copays will be incurred for repair or restoration. It is clarified that any issues arising from construction, materials, or malfunctioning appliances shall be the landlord's sole responsibility. The security deposit shall be subject to forfeiture if the tenant elects to terminate the lease prematurely. The tenant shall also bear responsibility for the remaining duration of the lease until a suitable replacement tenant is secured.
