My husband and I have owned this property since 1996. We strive to make our tenants comfortable and to maintain the units and grounds in an enjoyable condition. We self manage and hope that our residents enjoy living here and feel like their unit is their home. All units have security screens on both front and back doors. We are located in a safe neighborhood and have never had a break-in or major crime in the 30 years we have owned the property. In return, we expect tenants to abide by the rules that will be signed with every rental agreement. Please read them carefully. We are located just two blocks off Commercial St, close to downtown, shopping and the bus. Bush Park is about 4 blocks away and has an array of community events throughout spring and summer. Minto Brown park is two miles away, along the Willamette River, and has many hiking trails, picnicking areas and a huge dog park. The Pacific Coast is an hour and 1\2 away. We are about 2 hours from Santiam Pass in the Cascade Range. Salem has many restaurants and activities. It's a good place to live. Laundry is free. Please abide by all posted laundry rules including time limits. Two pets per home, must be indoor or leashed when outside, cats included. Mess must be picked up immediately. One off street parking. We are a quiet 10-plex with many long term renters. Everyone is friendly, but not intrusive. One tenant takes care of the yard and all gardening. No items or planting is to take place out side the unit. I will supply a plant shelf upon request. Renters Insurance is required. It is approximately $10 per month or you can find your own.
