No smoking of any substance inside the unit. 2. Pet limit = 2 small pets 3. I off-street parking space assigned per unit. 4. Community rules must be signed and agreed to. 5. No personal items outside and no gardening. You may use hanging plants, but they must be well taken care off. 6. Read and follow the laundry room rules. i.e. Laundry time schedule, wiping washer and cleaning the dryer lint trap.
