There is a $30.00 per month additional fee for solid waste/trash. $500.00 Security Deposit for all units. *O.A.C. 1 ONLY small dog under 15lbs (that has been spayed/neutered and has current rabies shot) allowed in select units with a $500.00 additional deposit.
