You'll have your own entrance, large private backyard space, living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closet and parking space. Owner pays all utilities other than electrical which we split. You have your own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, AC, living room and bedroom in your separate side of the house. You also have your own parking space. 6 month lease (but I can be flexible on this if you need me to be and make that longer or shorter). No smoking inside! Single occupants only because the space is not big enough for two full-time people.
