A 30-day notice is required before moving out. 2. Rent & Fees Monthly rent: $650 (All bills paid). Weekly Rent: $175 (All bills paid). Security deposit: $150 (refundable if no damages or major rule violations). Utilities are included (water, electric, trash, and internet). If a resident causes damage, they must pay repair or replacement costs. No refunds for partial months if a resident is removed for rule violations. 3. Occupancy Rules Only approved residents may live in the home. No overnight guests at any time. No sharing or transferring your bed or room to another person. Respect other residents' privacy and belongings. 4. Behavior & Conduct All residents must follow these conduct standards: No violence, threats, or aggressive behavior. No harassment, bullying, or intimidation. No stealing, damaging property, or entering other people's rooms. Keep noise at a reasonable level; quiet hours 10 PM 7 AM. Follow staff instructions when given for safety or house operations. Respect all common areas and clean up after yourself. 5. Substance Use Policy No drugs, alcohol, or drug paraphernalia anywhere on the property. Prescription medications must be taken as directed. Sharing or selling medications is strictly prohibited. Residents suspected of substance use may be removed immediately. 6. Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking allowed outside only, in designated areas. All cigarette waste must be disposed of properly. 7. Pets No pets allowed in any group home. Service animals must be approved and documented in advance. 8. Visitors Visitors require advance approval. No overnight visitors. Residents are fully responsible for their visitor's behavior. 9. Chores & Property Care Residents agree to: Complete assigned chores each week. Keep personal spaces clean and hygienic. Report any maintenance issues immediately. Not move furniture, tamper with cameras, or alter the home. Not block exits or create safety hazards. 10. Kitchen & Food Rules Residents must clean up after cooking. No leaving food out or causing pest issues. Respect shared fridge and pantry space. 11. Safety Rules No weapons permitted (firearms, knives used as weapons, etc.). No candles, hot plates, or unapproved appliances. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, WiFi equipment, or security devices. Keep hallways and exits clear. Follow all emergency procedures. 12. Immediate Removal A resident may be asked to leave immediately for: Non-payment of rent Violence or threats Drug or alcohol use Bringing unauthorized people into the home Major property damage Repeated rule violations Any behavior that puts others at risk Creating an unsafe or disruptive environment No refunds will be issued if a resident is removed for rule violations. 13.
